Late Fall Fertilizer

For the late fall fertilizer application, Mr. Green Lawncare Corporation applies a product that has the majority of the nitrogen in a water-soluble form. This fertilizer application will supply the nutrients to the turf immediately and allow the plant to store “food” (carbohydrates) for next spring.

An effective late fall fertilization will benefit the turf by producing carbohydrates, encouraging early spring root growth, providing good fall and spring color and improving turf density so the turf will better compete with weeds next spring.
